San Antonio Pastors Alert: Thank you for taking the time to read this important information that greatly affects our City!

Can an “Ambulatory Surgical Facility” like Planned Parenthood, who is in the business of destroying innocent lives and harvesting baby body parts, be located in your family residential neighborhood?

YES! That is exactly what happened to the Dreamhill Estates residents, right here in our city, who live near the newly established Planned Parenthood, located at 2140 Babcock.

Can you image walking out of the comfort of your home, looking at a facility which is a constant reminder that innocent lives are being destroyed on a daily basis, within 50 feet of where your children or grandchildren play?

That is exactly what will be “an option” and “could happen” in your neighborhood if we allow our City Officials to vote on December 10th to “redefine the zoning terms” which would also retroactively justify the zoning decision of the present Planned Parenthood, located at 2140 Babcock and others like it.

**Unfortunately – Our City Officials are, AGAIN, defying the wishes of the citizens whom they represent and we cannot allow them to redefine zoning laws to meet their own agendas.**

The Dreamhill Estates residents have been trying to fight this battle against the City on their own but they need a stronger voice; they need you and me to stand together with them, voicing our disdain at the City’s audacious behavior. Will you Take a Stand by utilizing the following Action Steps?

Action Steps for concerned Pastors and Leaders:

All of the information that you will need to “ACT” is listed below;
Including City Representative’s Contact Info, Sample Call, Email and Letter Info

  • Have your congregation flood EVERY San Antonio City Representative’s office with emails, letters and phone calls; letting them know that you are opposed to The City’s plans to redefine the present zoning language (terminology).
  • Let our “Citizen” Representatives know that you are “aware of” and “opposed to” District 8, Councilman Ron Nirenberg’s Re-zoning practices which are taking place; allowing the Planned Parenthood facility, located at 2140 Babcock, to destroy innocent lives within 50 feet of residential homesteads.
  • Let our City Reps. know that you are aware that proper zoning procedural protocols were not followed, which would have given the Dreamhill Estates residents proper zoning notification; allowing them the opportunity to protest the Planned Parenthood’s existence in their neighborhood.
  • Let our City Reps. know, that as our City Representatives, they are obligated to honor the wishes of their constituents and the Dreamhill Estates residents. Also make them aware of how they are deflating the resident’s property values by placing such a facility in their neighborhood.
  • I hope that on Tuesday, December 1st, you get everyone within your sphere of influence to “ACT” on this very important matter!!!
    • Acting on Tuesday will give the City Staffers an opportunity to clear out the emails that they have accumulated over the Thanksgiving break, ensuring that your emails and calls are not overlooked.

Blessings to You and Yours! Have a Safe and Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello, my name is ___ and I’m calling to let Councilman (Ex. Saldana) know that I am highly opposed to the City’s Proposal to redefine our present Zoning regulations and terminology, which would allow “Ambulatory Surgical Facilities” to be located in residential areas.

I am very disappointed and concerned that our City Officials have bypassed proper zoning procedures to allow a Planned Parenthood facility to exist within 50 feet of the Dreamhill Estates subdivision, especially in light of zoning notification and procedures not being properly implemented.

Please do not redefine our zoning laws to meet your own agenda of retroactively justifying the zoning decision of the present Planned Parenthood, located at 2140 Babcock and others like it.

I am asking that you would listen to the San Antonio citizens whom you represent and “VOTE NO” on December 10th, to Councilman Ron Nirenberg’s Zoning Proposal. Thank you so much for your time and have a great day!
